Step 1: Go to Meta Portal website “from here“.

Step 2: Click on the Register as a new user option.
Step 3: Input your Civil ID.
Step 4: Input your Civil ID Serial Number.
Step 5: Input your Mobile Number and your Email Address.
Step 6: Agree to the terms and conditions after you have finished reading them.
Step 7: Click on Register.

Step 8: Input the Mobile confirm code you received.

Work Visa for Temporary Govt. Contract	A book issued by the Department of Contracts and Government Projects by the General Authority for Manpower. Disclosure of the financial guarantee statement of the company or the legal person, indicating the number of labor and the amount of the guarantee. Application Form prepared for this purpose. Copy of the visitor’s passport provided that it is valid not less than six months. Copy of the signature of the legal person. Copy of the identity of the valid representative issued by the General Directorate of Residence Affairs. Payment of visa issuance fees.
Domestic Work Visa	The applicant must be from the following categories: The divorced foreign woman or the widow of a citizen who has children. Kuwaiti woman married to a non-Kuwaiti. Gulf expat whose family is from one of the GCC countries – provided that it is a stable country. Payment of visa issuance fees.
Work Visa for Govt. Contract	A book from the governmental body. Request form of access attribute. Copy of the sponsor’s passport, provided that it is valid not less than two years. A copy of the signature of the person authorized to sign. Payment of visa issuance fees.
Work Visa for Private Contract	Visa Request form. Work permit issued by the General Authority for Manpower. Copy of valid signature. Copy of the sponsor’s passport, provided that it is valid not less than two years. Payment of visa issuance fees.
